There are seats for about 30 guests. There are also sofas for relaxing and perfect located for watching sports for exampel. The TV is a projector with a maximum screensize of 300 inch. For the moment itดs on 100 inch. UBC is allready installed with all the famous sports and movie channels. Montly cost about 1600 baht for UBC. Cable TV is also available for 200 baht per month. The rent for the place is only 7000 baht per mont. The keymoney is 50 000 baht for 3 year. There are 3 staff with total salary about 16 000 baht per month. Each one have day off once a week. Electric and water are normal rates. Telephone line with a possability to connect internet ADSL speed if wanted. The name of the place is Kebab because we are specialists on just kebab. Have a menu for about 50 different European and Thai meals and all kind of drinks of course. We operate from 9 am to 10 pm. It is located in Soi Bua Khao, Soi 21. Just 10 meters from Soi Bua Khao.
