Spacious Seafood and Steak Restaurant in Silom Listing No. 66-0820 This very large ground-floor restaurant has many features to satisfy its patrons. Around 400m2, it comfortably seats 120 in the dining room, private rooms (x2), lounge and bar areas. The kitchen (about 40m2) is functional and is complete with walk-in cold storage (1.5m x 4m), 2 ovens, 3 fridges, dishwasher, 8 burners, deep fat fryer, mixer, slicer, etc. Food, Alcohol and Cigarette licenses are current and are included. The bar is well stocked and has tap beers, espresso coffee machine, wine fridges, fridges, computer (networked) with Point of Sale (POS) and all equipment. Currently open for lunch and dinner, the cuisine is French Seafood and Steak, but the restaurant layout and décor is neutral enough to loan itself to other types of cuisine. Parking (after 6pm) is nearby in the street in and outside of this timeframe, a deal is open with residence apartment parking 200 meters away. The restaurant is well publicized through its current and informative website, face book page and other social media - all of which will be given to the new owner if required. Rated in the top 5% of restaurants in Bangkok on Trip Advisor, this restaurant is very well frequented by visitors and locals alike. Current sales figures (on average) are over 1.6 million baht per month. The restaurant is due to close mid June 2016 as the owner will relocate shortly to Pattaya. Rent is 120,000 baht a month. Electricity and water are approximately 70,000 baht a month (but cheaper during the dry season). There are 12 permanent staff. The monthly wages bill (including service charges and food allowance) is 225,000 baht. The lease tenure is 3 years with an option to renew 3+3 + 3 contract signed, 2016 is year number 6.
