Profitable Life-Style Restaurant in Haad Rin, Koh Phangan Listing No. 66-0412 Prime, main road location in Haad Rin, Koh Phangan, only a short walk from ‘the pier’ (but everything is only a short walk in Haad Rin, the home of the ‘full moon parties’). There is a small section of the restaurant at the front which is sub-leased to a coffee vendor, and this provides income of 8,000 baht a month, effectively reducing the restaurant rental commitment to only 16,000 baht. Purchase terms are 20% deposit and settlement within 30 days (or as negotiated with the owner). Asking price is 1.2 million baht (negotiable). The lease tenure is 10 years with a renewal option.
