Located close to an expressway, the restaurant is stylish throughout with a bright and breezy feel. Although the new enterprise has attracted early custom, with receipts of 3,600,000 baht being garnered in the first year of trade, overheads are negating all profits. The large premises measure 156 square metres, with 100 seats and parking for 100 vehicles; monthly rent therefore is not cheap, and is set at 65,500 baht per month. Staff salaries also account for 60,000 baht per month for the workforce of 10 employees. The lease agreement is a three year contract with an option to renew every three years. The owner feels that the business operates in a great location, close to a residential area, and he believes that if the new owner has more time to take care of the business then the revenues can be improved immeasurably.
