The owner established the business around nine months ago at one of the most popular beach resorts on the island, but he also has another bar and is struggling to run both. The air-conditioned venue measures 48 square metres, with an additional eight square metre terrace, and is fully equipped with freezer, two fridges, a gas oven, an electric oven and all bar equipment and furniture needed to continue business from the first day of acquisition.
