UPDATE! This business is now enjoying even higher net profits, as six new rooms (three of them air-conditioned) have been added. Annual net profits are now coming in at 3,500,000 baht, a rise of 500,000 baht. BKK11373GW - This Chiang Mai Concern consists of a Restaurant, three Guest Houses and a Tour Company. Established four years ago, the business is earning good profits of around 3,000,000 baht per year from receipts of approximately 5,000,000 baht. The first building contains six fan cooled rooms plus the tour company, and measures 178.5 square metres. Three air-conditioned rooms and four fan cooled rooms form the second building, which has total floor space of 99 square metres. The third house is smaller, at 12 square metres, and is basically just one bedroom, shared by four guests, and a bathroom. The restaurant and bar has seating for 60 customers, and measures 136 square metres; it has built up a good customer base, serving both Thai and Western cuisine amid lovely landscaped gardens with a large car park measuring 80.5 square metres. A good reputation has been built up by the tour company over the years, and it is mentioned in many leading guide books.
