BKK11326G - This large Bar, Disco and Nightclub is located in the Makati nightlife zone of Manila in the Philippines. Established for seven years, the venue is well known, with a website, and draws good year round custom which leads to current annual profits of $200,000, from receipts of $500,000. The current owner has freehold rights to the property, but is willing to rent it to a new owner as he is relocating. A five year plus five year lease is available, with monthly rent of $11,000, increasing by 10% per annum; rent in this area is typically around $18 per square metre, and the owner feels that his rental price is a very reasonable proposition as there is floor space of 680 square metres to utilise, plus a roof deck of 250 square metres and parking for six cars.
