UPDATE! The owner has reduced the asking price, from 5,000,000 baht to 4,000,000 baht. He has just secured a new 12 year lease contract with the Land Office, which entailed paying key money of 200,000 baht and rent in advance for the first two years. He will offer the first six months rent free for the new owner, and then for a price of 5,220,000 baht, the new owner will have no rent to pay for the first two years.
