| BKK11526G - The owner of this Bangkok Internet Café only opened the shop six months ago, but he is looking to move on already as he enjoys creating businesses but is not really interested in running them. Basically he does the hard work and then offers an investor the opportunity to step in and continue the day to day basics. The 192 square metre shop house is located in the south west of the city, and is fitted with one main computer, nine customer computers and a new router system to connect the computers to the internet (with a lifetime free replacement warranty); total asset value has been estimated to be 886,205 baht. The shop has two new air-conditioned and furnished apartments, so the new owner could even live on site. Early financial results would point towards annual profits of around 50,000 baht being earned from receipts of approximately 300,000 baht, but the owner states that he feels that the business would prosper with a Thai speaking owner in place. Snacks and ice cream are provided, and services include copying, printing and faxing. Monthly rent is only 10,000 baht and the current lease runs until 2010.
