BKK12035G - This Bangkok based manufacturing company provides a niche item for the music industry, and is garnering orders from all around the world due to its unique qualities. Simply put, the item is around 10 times better than its closest competitor, and is therefore gathering positive reviews and orders from some of the world’s top musicians. Established less than a year ago, the company is set to earn net profits of 4,200,000 baht, from revenues of 7,000,000 baht, from the first year of trade. These figures could easily be dwarfed as the reputation grows, because the company is receiving more and more orders simply through word of mouth; no marketing has been done at all so far, and the company has only just launched its website, which is so new it hardly registers on search engines yet. The founder of the business is loathe to pass it on just as it is starting to blossom, but he has enormous contracts to meet in Phuket, and simply cannot manage this business at the same time. He has priced the business to sell, and will accept less than annual earnings so that he can relocate full time to Phuket to meet his other demands. The company spent the first eight months thoroughly testing the product to the most stringent of conditions, and only when the owner was satisfied that the merchandise was of the highest quality did he commence sales, around three months ago. There are even assets worth 2,267,000 baht for the new owner to acquire, along with an inventory of stock valued at 456,000 baht, and a supply of raw materials worth 482,000 baht. As a further inducement for a quick business transfer, the owner will accept just 60% as an initial investment, with the balance payable over 12-18months at an 8% per annum interest rate. The hard work has already been done, the staff have all been recruited and trained and the company has 4,000,000 baht in paid up capital, meaning that two work permits can be obtained. The owner will provide training for a suitable length of time, but he stresses that the staff are so well trained that this may not even be necessary.
