BKK11823YT - The owner of this Sandstone Plate Factory is seeking an investor to become a joint partner and acquire 24.9% of the shares. The business was only established a year ago and funds are needed to launch a campaign to promote the products. Used as wall decorations, the products have recently been advertised at a big cement products exhibition, and leading hardware and do-it-yourself stores have are in talks aimed at stocking and retailing the goods within the next two months. Orders have already been placed, and the owner feels that his business is about to grow rapidly. The factory is located in Lampang, near Chiang Mai, and measures 80 square metres. The monthly payroll totals 80,000 baht for the 10 full time employees used in the manufacturing and distribution process. The land and building are owned by the seller, and the investor will only gain 24.9% of the company itself.
