| BKK11406GW -A planned overseas relocation has prompted the owner of this large, well established Chiang Mai enterprise to listen to offers. Consisting of a textile factory, a wooden handicraft factory and a large restaurant, the venture was launched 12 years ago with outstanding results; annual receipts of 72,000,000 baht are producing profits of 42,000,000 baht per annum. This is a freehold offering, and the new owner will acquire over 36 rai (57,600 square metres) of land worth 145,460,000 baht, and buildings that have been valued at 650,000,000 baht. These tour groups also visit the showrooms and consequently purchase the textile products and handicrafts that are manufactured here. The business appears to be thriving, with good earnings being generated locally and from overseas orders; it would seem to represent tremendous value, as the new owner will acquire prime real estate at less than market value, and a highly profitable turnkey enterprise as a bonus. There is parking for over 100 cars on site, and the workforce consists of 70 full time employees, who command a total monthly salary of 350,000 baht.
