BKK11832G - This Computer Shop has one of the best locations in Pattaya, and yet has rental payments of only 30,000 baht per month payable for the large 376 square metre building in which it sits. The owner has only just secured a new three year plus three year lease which he felt obliged to do before offering the business for sale. The lease includes a right to sub-let.
