The resort has contracts with local tour operators and websites, and the seller will assist the new owner during the transition phase, by introducing all relevant contacts and giving a guide to the day to day operations. The lease does not expire until 2014, and the business is enjoying annual net profits of roughly 4,000,000 baht, earned from receipts of approximately 7,000,000 baht.
