UPDATE! The owners have slashed the asking price from 960,000,000 baht to 440,000,000 baht. Two villas will be completed within a month, and the resort will be completed in six months time. The offices for the resort have already been completed. The owners will accept 30% as an initial investment, with the 70% balance payable on completion.
