UPDATE! The owner has reduced the asking price from 250 million baht to 200 million baht BKK11694YS - Health problems have forced the proprietor of this large Island Resort to seek a new owner. Located on one of the islands close to Trat in the East of Thailand, the 10 year old resort consists of 60 air-conditioned bungalows on 15 rai (24,000 square metres) of land. All the buildings face the sea and provide great views of the sunsets across the Gulf of Thailand. The unspoilt white sand beach gives access to gentle crystal clear waters that are perfect for snorkelling and windsurfing, while a famous waterfall is within easy reach.
