BKK11421YT - This large Beach Resort is located close to Cha Am, and is offered as a freehold sale, along with a large tract of vacant land. The new owner will acquire a total of 45 rai (72,000 square metres) of land (with four Chanote title deeds) worth 360,000,000 baht; this consists of 35 rai of empty terrain, and an adjacent 10 rai on which the resort sits. The resort itself was established in 2002, and has been valued at 10,000,000 baht.
