BKK11368DM - This 13 year old Koh Samui Resort is available as a freehold acquisition, with a Chanote land title, and has been attractively priced at lees than asset value, due to impending owner relocation. The new owner will be gaining land measuring approximately 1.6 rai (2,504 square metres); on current land valuations for the area of 8,000,000 baht per rai, this would equate to a value of 12,800,000 baht. Buildings have been valued at 11,000,000 baht and the furniture and equipment is worth a further 1,000,000 baht.
