BKK11323G - A large, well established Hotel has become available in the heart of Manila, capital of the Philippines, due to owner relocation. The building was acquired in 1989, and completely renovated at a cost of $680,000. With 50 air-conditioned rooms, the hotel is making annual profits of $220,000, from receipts of $785,000. A joint consortium of Filipino and Western interests is running the operation, and the new owner would be acquiring this corporation; this would ensure a smooth transition, and save both sides from incurring any unnecessary transfer fees, lease rights or rental increases. Located in the heart of the Ermita tourist belt, the hotel sits close to the historical Intramuros walled city, the airport, the US Embassy and the CBD.
