BKK1460C - A very secure compound in central Pattaya has been successfully operating as a fully serviced apartment complex for the last 25 years. Over 500 repeat guests use the apartments throughout the year, and rent them on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The complex is always fully occupied in high season, from December through to February. On site is a restaurant, laundry, IDD phone system and a water reservoir.
