Pattaya has many many bars for sale but not many make profit and provide the owner with nice comfortable living accomodation like this one. An excellent opportunity to run a genuine little business providing a reasonable income in the Land of Smiles. The Bar :- Large double fronted entrance (approx 24 foot ), with roller shutters. 3 tables on the front with 8 swivel stools and 2 ceiling fans. We currently open 24 hrs so the shutters are never actually closed. Come inside the bar and you have a full sized pool table which has just been recovered and 6 good cues. Pattaya has several pool leagues and we have entered a team in the league for the start of the next season. Inside the bar you can comfortably seat 40 customers and another 8 around the bar itself. The seating is bamboo tables and chairs with comfortable cushions (5 tables ,20 double and single seats) , also 2 large round tables with 8 swivel stolls and a further 8 around the bar. The bar is fully stocked (inc in price) and has a large double doored drinks fridge, large ice container and till , glasses etc. 12 fans and 3 air conditioning units ensure your customers are always cool. 2 nice sized comfortable toilets for male and female. A top of the range pc with 19 Inch screen, desk and printer/fax/copier with lots of extras, all linked to the internet to provide residents and customers with 24 hour fast internet access. We show live premiership football and also the champions league all provided by UBC. 3 matches on a saturday and 2 on a sunday with a couple in the week is the normal, and these nights bring in extra customers. These matches are shown on the large projection screen , a smaller sized tv and a large 50 inch sony tv. Added to this a sony home entertainment system providing a quality surround which is great for the football and the music playing in the bar. 4 infrared cctv cameras have been installed and cover the whole of the bar , with everything linked to the living quarters upstairs. Rooms :- We have 6 really spacious comfortable rooms to rent . Each room has a double bed , fully stocked fridge , air conditioning , ceiling fan , large double wardrobe , ensuite , excellent water pressure , shower. These rooms are above average size and we normally get plenty of repeat customers. We offer a laundry service and the rooms are cleaned daily. The majority of our residents are very happy with the quality of the rooms and the value for money. Pattaya is a great place to live and run a business but there are plenty of pitfalls. I will say there are plenty of bars for sale and plenty of opportunities to lose lots of money . In my opinion you wont get rich over here by running a business like this, but you can operate successfully and show a small profit and at the same time have a great lifestyle in a fun place. The business is on a 3 year rolling lease and also key money is paid every 3 years . The key money and lease have recently been paid for, so your expenditure is your monthly rent and over heads which can be comfortably met if the business is run correct.
