| Job Description Pure Chem is a manufacturer of natural ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food and personal care industries and has been operating successfully in Thailand since 1978. The company manufactures 40,000 tons of ingredients annually, of which 50% is sold in the domestic market and 50% in the export market. The key to Pure Chem\'s success is in their ability to provide their customers with high quality products using the purest ingredients whilst providing strong customer application support. Due to an internal promotion they now require a proven, highly motivated and results oriented Sales Manager. SALES MANAGER BANGKOK The Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for heading the specialty industrial food ingredients division of Pure Chem. This will involve managing the actions and performance of a sales and support team of approximately 6 people while traveling extensively overseas and locally to ensure that the sales in both the export and local markets are optimized. The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Pure Chem\'s natural specialty industrial food ingredients to high quality, health conscious food manufacturers that are interested in maximizing the health benefits of their customers. This job will involve introducing new brand concepts to customers and examining co-branding ideas along with revenue sharing opportunities. The Sales Manager should be a self starter who enjoys the challenge of expanding a business operation and has the proven experience selling to or working within the food industry. The successful candidate should be able to make full presentations to individual or small groups of customers and have the intelligence and initiative to create and present solutions to business owners. The Sales Manager will have the ability to manage and motivate a small team, have very good English skills, be prepared to travel extensively overseas and be able to work independently.
