Regional Admin / Finance / Personnel Manager 1 position (Thai applicants only) Core Responsibilities & Duties · Ensure top performance of support staff by setting clear expectations, setting objectives, holding regular meetings and providing staff development. · Ensure that all admin and finance reports are accurate and of high quality and submitted on time. · Develop admin/finance systems to support smooth day to day operations and train staff to use them. Document systems in flow charts. · Prepare, monitor and revise budgets. · Communicate and coordinate with headquarters on systems, policies, etc. · Responsible for semi-annual report required by Ministry of Labor and any other requirements. · Thai government related to SCS – Regional Office and country program presence in Thailand. · Maintain back up files of finance, government authorization, tax records, etc. · Participate in regional and country strategic plans. · Monitor compliance with policy and procedures. · Monitor and control grants to partners and build capacity of personnel of partners in financial management. · Be a part of and contribute to team building in Regional Office, and be part of the Regional Management Team · Decide on needs of office in terms of space arrangement, furnishings, and equipment to ensure staffs have adequate tools paying attention to cost efficiencies. · Assist Regional Representative to prepare, set up policies regarding to the personnel issues. · Co-ordinate, co-operate and deal with both internal and external auditors and ensure that the audit recommendations are addressed, implemented, and the progress thereon is shared with management. Required qualifications: We need a strong manager with extensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills in financial management and control. You will be a member of the regional management team and as such are expected to contribute to the overall performance of Save the Children Sweden in the region.
