Chalong Bay Villa 436 in Phuket, Thailand This beautiful beachfront villa is located in Chalong Bay, close to Rawai beach. The villa is fully air conditioned and includes a vehicle and two full time staff. This is an ideal home for holiday makers who want the independence of a luxury private home but still within easy reach of all that the Rawai area has to offer. The home is fully secure with automatic gates to the entrance with undercover parking for 3 vehicles and outside space for many more. The parking area doubles as a basketball court for the energetic. The home is entered through a towering hallway with koi ponds and water features. You are presented with magnificent views over the pool, expansive lawns, beach volleyball court to Chalong Bay and the green islands in the background. The house comprises 2 main buildings, the main house and the guest pavilion/ entertainment suite. The focus of the main house is the living room with 12 meter high teak wood paneled ceilings and 2 meter crystal chandeliers. the lower facade of the house comprises a wall of windows and sliding doors that make the most of the views and natural light. The whole house draws inspiration from granite counter tops and teak wood floors and ceilings. The Kitchen is divided from the living area by an 8000 liter marine aquarium adding a further level of tranquility to the house. You shall want for nothing when creating in this kitchen. Built to European specifications, there is an island hob, breakfast bar and top spec equipment. The dining room has a large teak table offering unimpeded sea views. From the living room, you ascend to the mezzanine on the sweeping staircase. The mezzanine leads to the master suite on one side of the home and the office / 5th bedroom on the other. The master suite provides stunning views over the arc of Chalong Bay with ensuite bathroom and dressing room. The gym and 2 further guest rooms are adjacent to the hallway and are easily reached from the living area. The 2nd bedroom and entertainment pavilion are situated next to the pool.
