| This villa is awe-inspiring. Perched high in the Surin hills with a commanding vista of the Andaman Sea, Amanpuri and the 7 km stretch of Bangtao Beach, the location is simply stunning. Only twenty five minutes from Blue Canyon and Mission Hills Golf Clubs, twenty minutes from Central Shopping Mall and Phuket Boat Lagoon. Phuket International Airport is just thirty-five minutes away. This villa has too many positives points to list. The build quality/finishing and location is superb. Completed recently, the property comprises of five large bedrooms with en-suites, with the majority having walk-in wardrobes. The en-suites are simply beautiful, with granite Jacuzzi baths, his and hers wash basins in different designs, rain showers and powered showers, and massage area. All bathroom floors are wonderfully tiled with non-slip materials. Attention to detail is exceptional, as is the overall finish and quality of this home. The main pavilion houses the dining room and fully-fitted modern European style kitchen. The second pavilion has a changing room and w/c for serving the pool area, and the large living room is next door under the same roof. This is furnished with soft sofa/chairs and rattan furniture and is completed with a large screen cinema system. The third pavilion in the master bedroom with French doors opening out to the 4m sala, infinity-edge swimming pool and sun terrace. Views from this area are idyllic, with gentle tropical breezes during the day this is a place to relax with family and friends. The top level of the property also has a separate smaller bedroom and en-suite for guests. Above this bedroom is a purpose built office with glass paneling and air conditioning with views not dissimilar to a ships crows-nest. (Office is not available for use) | ||||
