Security starts at the electronic gates. Video surveillance of the perimeter of the project is controlled from the guardhouse. Each house has its individual alarm system.
Direct intercom with the guardhouse allows residents to accept visitors…or refuse them!. Only approved visitors are granted entrance to the dwelling.
