We offer some of the best Furnished Apartments in Chiang Mai and all of them are located within minutes of the famous Night Bizarre and the main shopping areas. All of our Serviced Apartments in Chiang Mai have been built in the last 2 years and have been furnished to the highest European standards. This particular Furnished Flat has a full kitchen and a large imported fridge freezer. There is plenty of storage space and the apartment comes with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the usual things you would expect. The kitchen is fully applianced so you can turn your hand to cooking almost anything. You can come home after a hard days shopping or sightseeing, cook yourself a meal from the fresh ingredients you picked up in the nearby market and relax in the comfort of your own living room. This is something that is not possible if you stay in a hotel room in Chiang Mai. The small Bedroom has a queen sized bed and a built in closet system with ample room for 2 people. There is a remote control fan on the ceiling and the room also benefits from the air con in the living room. This small one bedroom is an interior facing unit but strangely enough it gets a lot of direct sunlight. The windows have all been coated with a 3M privacy film making it difficult for anyone to see into the apartment from across the atrium. This unit over looks the atrium which is planted with large trees and plants. This area also has seating and wifi access. The apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful as you have no neighbours either side of you. This Living Room has a 38 inch flat screen TV’s as well as a surround sound DVD systems. The sofa is extremely comfortable and large enough for someone to just lie back and relax and watch a movie. WIFI is available throughout the building. Speed varies depending on usage as is normal. The windows in the living room are floor to ceiling giving this apartment the feeling that it is a lot large than it is. As this is a smaller unit there is no dining room but the coffee table is large enough for you have a meal on. This Furnished Apartment also has hardwood floors and a selection of unique Thai tropical plants make these apartments feel like a home and not just a typical hotel room in Chiang Mai. The bathroom has ceramic tile and an enclosed shower unit with hot water provided by an imported and reliable water heater. This particular building has a small pool and fitness center, 24 hour gate security with regular building patrols and elevators. We have many different sized apartments to choose from and as all apartments have different owners they are all individually unique. We rent out our Furnished Apartments as an alternative to a hotel room and have a 3 or 4 day minimum depending on which apartment you choose. The rate displayed is a monthly rate. The rate per night in this particular apartment is 2000.00 THB and for the monthly rate we have discounted this nightly rate by 30%. For stays over 90+ days we can offer a better deal to you. Our rates are extremely competitive to those of some of the best mid to upper range hotels in Chiang Mai. Rates and availability are subject to change of course.
