The hotel is listed on the major online booking channels and has its own website and facebook page. There is nice share of direct bookings, walk-ins and extensions (35%). The average stay in high season is 10 days, in low season 3 days, with quite a few repeat guests throughout the year. Guests are typically individual travelers from Europe, OZ/NZ, North America, and well-to-do locals. Advance bookings for this coming high season are very promising and the hotel is expecting another good and profitable high season. Well established and trading for over 3 years, it is a turn-key operation. No further investments are necessary.
