Orders from the ground floor are passed to the kitchen via LAN. The roof top is partly covered in and has the restaurant’s 5 smoking ovens (one is brand new) imported from the USA. Voted in the best 30 restaurants in Top Tables Bangkok, and written up in countless ads, including Travel and Leisure Magazine, Bangkok 101, Bangkok Post, Rough Guide and others. One of the few 4 out of 4 star reviews in BKK Mag and to be included in Lonely Planet Thailand shortly. Car parking may be arranged with a nearby hotel. In terms of expansion possibilities, the restaurant currently turns a very healthy profit with only 6 meals a week trading.
