BKK12074YS - A popular Language School Franchise, fully licensed by the Ministry of Education, has become available in the Bangkapi area of Bangkok. The business was established three years ago, but the current owner took over just four months ago. The academy is in a six storey building and has total floor space of 600 square metres, divided into eight classrooms. Rent is 65,000 baht per month on a three year plus three year lease. The current owner invested more than 9,000,000 baht in the school, and he is earning minimum revenues of 250,000 baht per month. At present, there are 150 students, and an experienced teaching team is in place. There are six fulltime employees, two of which are foreign, and four part time staff; they are paid a total of 120,000 baht per month.
