Operational for four years, the company has built up an excellent reputation within the business community. The client base consists of over 70 local companies, many of them being high profile international names, and these are provided with a range of ongoing courses. Based in a 170 square metre office, with two large well equipped classrooms, the company employs six competent English speaking Thai staff, and has between 15 and 20 teachers on staff at any given time. Net profits have consistently increased during the three years of trading, and have risen from 380,000 baht (from receipts of 2,900,000 baht) in 2003, to 1,200,000 baht in 2004 (from receipts of 5,950,000 baht). This represents an increase in net profits of over 300%. Financial predictions for 2005 would see net profits of 2,000,000 baht being earned from receipts of 9,700,000 baht, an increase of 65% from the previous year. It is also worth mentioning that the two directors of the firm drew 1,400,000 baht from the company during these years. If owner benefits and salaries were to be taken into account then the business is looking at annual net profits of 3,400,000 baht being derived in 2005.
