BKK11614JM - This Bangkok Travel Agency is building up a head of steam after three years of growth, but has recently become available for new ownership as the partners are relocating to another country. The company’s main selling point is that it is fully accredited by IATA, which gives full privileges of ticket issuance and credit of 14 days. IATA demands that all their accredited travel agencies have at least three ATC (Airline Training Centre) trained staff by the end of June 2005, and the company already meets that requirement. Strong alliances have been developed with the Asian Golfing Network, which has started to increase their supply of golfing groups from Malaysia, with groups from Singapore expected to start bookings soon. The company can be acquired outright for an investment of 5,000,000 baht, or the owners will accept a joint partnership with an experienced investor who will acquire 50% of the company for 2,500,000 baht.
