BKK11323G - A large, well established Hotel has become available in the heart of Manila, capital of the Philippines, due to owner relocation. The building was acquired in 1989, and completely renovated at a cost of $680,000. With 50 air-conditioned rooms, the hotel is making annual profits of $220,000, from receipts of $785,000. A joint consortium of Filipino and Western interests is running the operation, and the new owner would be acquiring this corporation; this would ensure a smooth transition, and save both sides from incurring any unnecessary transfer fees, lease rights or rental increases.
