Air- conditioning, lockers and fire extinguishers have been installed through-out the building. Each dormitory bed has its own power outlet, reading light and clothes hangers. Guests are given a security card for 24 hour access to the building. A fantastic location only a minutes’ walk to public transport and close to Sukhumvit Road, there are many local food stalls, retail shops, fresh market and community malls nearby which are attractive to the tourists. Rent for the building is very reasonable and the business is easily managed by one or two people.
